This will be a quick weekend trip to the other side of the country. At least, that's the hope! At the time of writing this summary, there's a winter storm heading up the east coast, which could cause this entire trip to be cancelled. Thus, our plans are somewhat in flux. We could spend the weekend hiking around the Santa Monica Mountains. We might head out to sea and explore the Channel Islands. Perhaps we will explore the beaches around San Diego. We may decide to visit some local museums. We could take another trip to a theme park like Disney's California Adventure or Universal Studios Hollywood. Heck, we might even drive out to Las Vegas for the day. This is our favorite area of the country with so much to do, so your best bet is to check our tracker and see what we're up to!

9:00am: At some point, we will stop by the Griffith Park Visitor Center to grab a national park stamp for the Juan Bautista de Anza National Historic Trail. And hike part of it, of course!
